A Day Trek Outside of Naryn City with panoramic view
Ak-Tash Rocky Mountains trek serves as an ideal day trip from Naryn city. Situated close to nearby Salkyn-Tor gorge, a steep ascent up Ak-Tash rewards visitors with breathtaking panoramic views over Naryn valley and into the city. Visit Kozho Unkur cave and learn legends surrounding this its use during Soviet times. Familiarity with horseriding is recommended, particularly in latter parts of ascent. Alternatively, hiking steep portions of the trek is an option.
